About HPJS Civil Judge
The Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service examination recruits Civil Judges for the subordinate courts of Himachal Pradesh in consultation with the High Court. The 2019 cycle, conducted by HPPSC, had an objective preliminary examination of separate Civil Law-I, Civil Law-II and Criminal Law test booklets, a descriptive main examination (Civil Law-I, Civil Law-II and Criminal Law of 200 marks each, English Composition of 150 and Hindi of 100) and an interview.
