How we find, check, label and correct what you read and download on PYQSathi.

Last updated 20 October 2026

1. Official sources only

Question papers and answer keys are listed only when we can trace them to an official source: the website of the body that conducted the exam (a public service commission, staff selection board, recruitment board, university, testing agency or school board). We do not take papers from coaching institutes, social media or file-sharing sites. Every paper page names its source and links to the official page it came from.

2. What we check before a paper is published

  • The file: the link opens a real PDF of the paper or key, not a notice or an error page.
  • The match: exam, year, stage, subject, shift and language agree with the document itself.
  • The type: each item is labelled as an official paper, an answer key, a solution or a memory-based paper. Provisional and final answer keys are named as such.
  • Pairs: where an answer key exists for a paper, the two pages link to each other.

3. Hosting and copyright

Papers remain the property of their publishers. Unless a publisher has allowed us to host a copy, the download opens the PDF on the official website. Copyright owners can ask for any item to be removed through our copyright & takedown page.

4. Keeping links working

Official websites move and archive files. Every link is checked before it is published and re-checked in batches afterwards; a paper whose source stops working is fixed with the new official link or unpublished until it can be.

5. Exam overviews and patterns

Exam stages, patterns, eligibility summaries and FAQs are summarised from the latest official notification and show when they were last checked. Patterns change between cycles, so every overview reminds you to confirm details in the current notice.

6. Notes and practice questions

Notes, practice questions and mock tests are written for exam practice and mapped to the official syllabus of each exam. They are prepared and reviewed with the help of AI tools, against the official syllabus and pattern of each exam. If you find an error, use the report button on that question or note — reported items are reviewed and corrected.

7. Corrections

Anyone can report a wrong, mislabelled or broken paper with Report a problem on the paper page, or through the contact page. We review every report; confirmed errors are corrected or the item is removed.

8. Independence and advertising

PYQSathi is independent and not affiliated with any exam body. Advertising does not influence which papers we list or how they are labelled, and ads are labelled “Advertisement” and kept clear of download buttons.
