About NIACL Assistant

The New India Assurance Company recruits Assistants state by state through an online preliminary examination and an online main examination, followed by a qualifying regional language test; the final state-wise merit list follows main-examination marks. The 2024 advertisement (Ref. No. CORP.HRM/ASST/2024, dated 16 December 2024) offered 500 provisional vacancies, with Tier I on 27 January 2025 and Tier II on 2 March 2025.

Eligibility (summary)

2024 advertisement: age 21 to 30 years as on 01/12/2024 (with relaxations); graduation in any discipline with English studied at SSC, HSC, intermediate or graduation level, and knowledge of the regional language of the state or UT applied for.
