About IBPS Clerk (CSA)

This is the IBPS common recruitment process for clerical-cadre posts, now titled Customer Service Associate, in the participating public sector banks. Graduates apply for vacancies of one State/UT, take an online preliminary and main exam, and are provisionally allotted on main exam merit, subject to proficiency in the local language of that State/UT.
