About NABARD Grade A

NABARD recruits Assistant Managers in Grade 'A' for its Rural Development Banking Service (general and specialist disciplines), Legal Service and Protocol & Security Service. RDBS and Legal candidates go through an online preliminary exam, an online main exam, a psychometric test and an interview, and are ranked on main exam and interview marks; Protocol & Security candidates take a single online exam and an interview. Advertisement No. 05/Grade A/2025-26 offered 91 posts, with the preliminary exam on 20 December 2025 and the main exam on 25 January 2026.

Eligibility (summary)

Grade A 2025 (RDBS/Legal): age between 21 and 30 years as on 01.11.2025, with category relaxations. RDBS General: Bachelor's degree in any subject with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD), or a post graduate degree/MBA/PGDM with at least 55% (50%), or CA/CS/CMA/ICWA or Ph.D; specialist disciplines and Legal need discipline-specific degrees.
