About SSC CPO

SSC CPO is the graduate-level exam for recruiting Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and Sub-Inspectors (GD) in the Central Armed Police Forces, along with Sub-Inspector (Fire) in CISF. Candidates clear a first computer-based paper, physical tests and a second paper before a detailed medical examination.

Eligibility (summary)

Bachelor's degree from a recognised university (SI Fire in CISF: B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, Maths or specified engineering diploma); age 20-25 years as on 01-08-2026 (18-30 for SI Fire), with category relaxations.
