About Rajasthan Civil Judge

The Rajasthan High Court recruits Civil Judges and Judicial Magistrates for the Civil Judge Cadre under the Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules, 2010. Selection has an objective preliminary examination that only screens candidates, a written main examination of two law papers and two language essay papers, and an interview; final merit adds main examination and interview marks. The 2025 recruitment was advertised on 27.02.2025 for 44 posts.

Eligibility (summary)

For the 2025 recruitment: a degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professional) recognised under the Advocates Act, 1961 (final-year students may apply), thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari and of Rajasthani dialects and customs, and age 21 to 40 years on 01.01.2026, with relaxations for reserved categories, women and ex-servicemen.
