About DHJS

The High Court of Delhi holds the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Examination to recruit advocates and judicial officers with seven years of combined experience directly into the Delhi Higher Judicial Service under the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970. Eligibility (summary)

Preliminary ExaminationA screening test of qualifying nature: one paper of 150 multiple choice questions of one mark each (maximum 150 marks), with 25% negative marking for each wrong answer; duration 2 hours. Minimum qualifying marks 50% for general and 45% for SC, ST and PwD candidates; not more than twenty times the vacancies in each category go to the mains.
