About CSEET

The Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the entry test for registration in the CS Executive Programme, open to Indian nationals who have passed or are appearing in Class 12. From the June 2026 session ICSI restructured it into a centre-based examination of four 100-mark papers, three subjective and one OMR based, held in February, June and October sessions. The February 2027 session is scheduled from 1 to 4 February 2027.

Eligibility (summary)

Per ICSI's announcement on the restructured CSEET (effective from the June 2026 session), only Indian nationals who have passed or are appearing in the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination or equivalent may register; graduates, CS Foundation passed and some other categories are exempt and register directly for the Executive Programme.
