About CS Executive
The Executive Programme is the middle stage of the Company Secretary course of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a statutory body under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Under Syllabus 2022 it has seven descriptive papers of 100 marks each, four in Group 1 and three in Group 2, examined in June and December sessions. ICSI has scheduled the December 2026 session from 21 to 28 December 2026; students who pass both groups move on to the Professional Programme.
Eligibility (summary)
Per ICSI's "About CS Course" presentation (September 2026), CSEET qualified students who have passed 10+2 (CSEET result not older than one year), CS Foundation passed students, graduates and post-graduates, ICAI Intermediate and ICMAI Final passed students may register for the Executive Programme; students in the final year of a three-year undergraduate programme may register provisionally.
