National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination
The NIFT Entrance Examination (NIFTEE) is conducted by NTA for admission to the National Institute of Fashion Technology's B.Des., B.F.Tech., M.Des., M.F.M., M.F.Tech. and Ph.D. programmes. Stage 1 combines a computer-based General Ability Test (GAT) with a pen-and-paper Creative Ability Test (CAT) for design courses; shortlisted candidates then take a situation test or personal interview. NIFTEE 2026 Stage 1 was held on 8 February 2026.
