About MHT CET

MHT-CET is the computer-based entrance test run by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, for first-year admission to engineering and technology, pharmacy, Pharm.D, B.Planning and integrated M.E./M.Tech and M.Planning courses in the state. Candidates take the PCM group, the PCB group or both, and for 2026 could opt for a second attempt in each group; the 2026 PCM first attempt ran from 11 to 20 April 2026 in 16 sessions. Results are issued as percentile scores used in the Cell's admission process.

Eligibility (summary)

For MHT-CET 2026, Indian nationals who have passed or are appearing for HSC/Std XII or an equivalent examination may appear; there is no age limit. Read the latest notification for exact age limits, relaxations and qualifications.
