Joint Entrance Examination (Main)
JEE Main is the national engineering entrance run by NTA in two sessions a year (January and April). Its Paper 1 score is used for B.E./B.Tech admissions at NITs, IIITs and other participating institutes, and it also serves as the screening test for JEE Advanced. Papers 2A and 2B are taken by aspirants for B.Arch and B.Planning respectively.
