About CUET PG

CUET (PG) is the common entrance test that NTA conducts, on behalf of the Ministry of Education and UGC, for admission to postgraduate programmes at Central Universities and other participating universities and institutions; it was introduced in 2022. Candidates take up to four computer-based papers chosen by question-paper code for the programmes they want. NTA finalises answer keys and declares scores, and each university prepares its own merit list. The 2026 exam ran from 6 to 30 March 2026 in 50 shifts for 157 subjects.
