Maharashtra State Eligibility Test for Assistant Professor (M-SET)
M-SET is the State Eligibility Test for Assistant Professor posts in universities and colleges of Maharashtra and Goa, conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University as the state agency. It is an OMR test of two papers: a general Paper I on teaching and research aptitude and a subject Paper II in one of more than thirty subjects. Recent tests were held on 26-03-2023, 07-04-2024 and 15-06-2025, and the University publishes the question booklets and final answer keys of each test.
