About HSSC CET

The Common Eligibility Test (CET) is the Haryana Staff Selection Commission's screening examination for Group C posts in Haryana government departments. CET 2025 for Group C was advertised under Advt. No. 01/2025 and held offline on OMR sheets on 26 and 27 July 2025 in four shifts. Candidates who reach the cut-off get a CET score, and for each post advertised afterwards HSSC shortlists up to ten times the vacancies from the CET merit list for a post-specific skill and/or written examination.

Eligibility (summary)

Under Advt. No. 01/2025, candidates need 10+2 or equivalent (or Matric with additional qualification) and must be 18 to 42 years old on the closing date, with relaxations as per Haryana Government instructions. Read the latest notification for exact age limits, relaxations and qualifications.
