About AP TET

APTET is the teacher eligibility test for classes I to VIII in Andhra Pradesh's government, local-body, welfare-society, aided and unaided schools, conducted by the Department of School Education as a computer-based test. Paper-1A (regular schools) and Paper-1B (special schools) cover classes I to V; Paper-2A and Paper-2B cover classes VI to VIII. APTET-June 2026 was notified on 05-06-2026 (Notification No. 01-APTET-JUNE-2026) and its CBT sessions ran from 5 to 16 August 2026.
