About RPSC RAS
The RAS/RTS combined exam is how Rajasthan fills its State and Subordinate Services, from the Rajasthan Administrative Service to a range of subordinate cadres, through a single competitive process run by RPSC. Graduates sit an objective screening paper first, then four descriptive Mains papers with a strong Rajasthan-specific component, followed by an interview. RPSC revised both the Preliminary and Mains scheme and syllabus in January 2026.
