BPSC holds the Assistant Engineer Competitive Examination to recruit Assistant Engineers (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) for Bihar government works departments. Eligibility (summary)
Under Advt. Nos. 29-31/2025, a degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or AMIE Sections A and B) is required, with a minimum age of 21 on 01.08.2024; the maximum is 37 for unreserved men (40 for BC/EBC and unreserved women, 42 for SC/ST), reckoned on a cut-off date that differs by department.
