Group I pattern
Three papers of 100 marks each (Taxation split into Section A Income-tax Law, 50 marks, and Section B GST, 50 marks). Each paper has 30% case scenario or case-study based MCQs and 70% descriptive questions, with no negative marking for MCQs; each paper is of 3 hours (2 PM to 5 PM IST). A group is passed with 40% in each paper and 50% in the group aggregate at one sitting.
