Common Entrance Test (written) pattern
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology are separate papers, each with 60 multiple-choice questions (four options) for 60 marks; total duration 80 minutes with a maximum of 70 minutes for answering; no negative valuation. Answers are marked on an OMR sheet and the booklet carries English and Kannada versions. 2026 timetable: Physics 10.30-11.50 am and Chemistry 2.30-3.50 pm on 23-04-2026; Mathematics and Biology at the same times on 24-04-2026.
