Rajasthan Police recruits constables for general duty, driver and band posts under the Rajasthan Police Subordinate Service Rules, 1989, through the Recruitment and Promotion Board at Police Headquarters, Jaipur. The 2025 notification (No. 1360 dated 09-04-2025) was open only to those who passed RSSB's Common Eligibility Test (Senior Secondary level) 2024 and offered 8,148 posts, later increased; its OMR written test was held on 13 and 14 September 2025. Shortlisted candidates then take a physical efficiency and measurement test, and driver and band applicants a proficiency test.

For Constable Recruitment 2025: Senior Secondary (Class 12) or equivalent and a pass in RSSB's Common Eligibility Test (Senior Secondary level) 2024; age reckoned on 01-01-2026, e.g. general-category men for Constable General/Band born between 02-01-2002 and 01-01-2008, with later upper limits for women, reserved categories and Driver posts.
