Delete your PYQsathi account

This page is for the PYQsathi Android app (com.pyqsathi.app) and the website pyqsathi.com, run by PYQsathi. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

1. Open the PYQsathi app and sign in.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top right to open Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your data is deleted at once and you are signed out.

Delete from the website

1. Go to pyqsathi.com/practice/account/ and sign in with the same Google account.
2. On Account & settings, scroll to Sign out or delete and choose Delete account…
3. Confirm. Your data is deleted at once.

Can’t sign in?

Send a request through our contact page from the email address of your Google account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your Google sign-in link: name, email address and Google account ID.
• Your exam choices and settings, practice answers and timings, mock test attempts and results, mistakes, saved questions and notes, leaderboard entry.
• Sign-in sessions and the push-notification registrations of your devices.

What is kept, and for how long

• Plan and coupon records (for example a free PYQsathi Pro plan from the launch offer): kept without your name or email, linked only to a one-way code made from your Google account, so the same free offer cannot be claimed twice. Kept while PYQsathi runs the offer and plans.
• Problem reports you sent about a question: kept without any link to you, so the correction stays in place.
• Anonymous statistics (for example the share of learners who answered a question correctly): contain no personal data.

Previous year question papers never need an account, so downloading them leaves no account data. See also our Privacy Policy.
